One. Dealer level

Two. Dealer qualification

2. Possess three types of medical device business licenses and must be an independent corporate legal entity.

4. Have a full-time sales team of no less than 5 people, and strictly abide by the company's terms and conditions.


5. During the operation period, no products of the same brand may be operated.



Three. Dealer risk deposit (margin)

3. Penalty


When signing the contract, the company clearly stated the punishment measures for the dealer's collusion. Once it is discovered that there has been an act of collusion, it shall be ordered to correct it immediately, and its risk deposit shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the contract until it is disqualified for distribution.
